SHOCKWAREHOUSE is growing and looking for dedicated and passionate Sales/Customer Service Rep/Marketing Rep. If you have a passion for cars , trucks and motorhomes this is the job for you.
Responds to customer web inquires regarding auto parts fitment, and order inquires.
Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
Be able to participate in automotive forums answering questions from Forum Members.
Be trained to understand online marketing and ROI.
Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution.
Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Knowledge of and ability to meet medium level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Experience in warehouse/distribution center or in customer service.
- Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork
- Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction.
- We are looking for workers who are reliable, punctual and safety-minded, with a strong work ethic.

The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is sometimes loud. Should not have any lifting restrictions.
