Our in house design team create products for a growing portfolio of our own and licensed brands, which cover a varied range of categories, including fashion, performance sports, character licensing, core sports and fitness. We are a wide-ranging department that cover apparel, graphics, hard goods and accessories.
We need you to assist in the general day to day smooth running of the department as well as managing samples required for our ecommerce department. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- General administration – logging of samples, filing, ordering of stationary for design teams.
- General tiding and up-keep of our design area and Archive, arranging cages/stillages/bins/rails/grids Etc.
- Working with reception by collecting and processing parcels for the team.
- Work closely with the Photography Department for any urgent samples and photo-shoots.
- Using the supplier portal to upload imagery when needed.
- Checking the Image processor to see if supplier have uploaded images successfully.
- Using the PowerBi system to identify urgency of images needed.
- Liaising with Suppliers/Factories, emailing outstanding imagery lists, ensuring samples are suitable for web. Building up good working relationships.
- Work closely with Designers/Garment Techs/Buyers with tasks deemed necessary and appropriate.
- Using Pennie to find locations and arrange picks with POD office to get stock from the warehouse for the team for reviews or meetings and occasionally going to the warehouse yourself to fetch stock if priority.
- Have a keen interest and awareness in sportswear and fashion but understands this is purely an admin role, so would suit someone who is well organised, proactive and keen to play a vital role to the design team through administration.
- Must have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with a variety of people throughout the business.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- To be able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
