JOB DESCRIPTION
- Interacts with customers over the phone, email, or online chat in a professional manner
- Provides information about products and services, solicits sales, or handles complaints
- Researches required information using available resources
- Manages and resolves customer issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No bpo experience required but must have completed at least 1 semester in college
- HS/SHS graduates - must have at least 6 months of BPO voice experienc
- Willing to start before July ends
