Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide customer support and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Accurately input and update customer information in the company database.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their needs have been met.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or managers as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult customers.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
