As an Information Systems Technical Support, you will support users of SAP in the organization, provide an initial response, open tickets with the company's global service, and follow up until tickets are fully resolved.
Responsibilities:
- Manage authorization requests from SAP users with the global department
- Provide support and assistance with other company systems and applications.
- Testing customizations and configurations prior to deployments to live environments
- Regular processing of interfaces errors
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with SAP and/or SAP Training in MM or SD or PP models.
- Industrial and Business Engineer or relevant degree in Information Systems.
- Experience with SAP Hana or ECC
- High-level English (reading/writing/speaking) – required
- High service awareness
- Ability and willingness to specialize in more systems
- Excel skills at a high level
- Global experience - an advantage
- Experience with PLM systems in general and Team Center - an advantage
- Experience with Priority - an advantage
