Sales Development Representative (SDR) (m/f/d) [Germany]


 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your mission is to create interest through direct communication using various online and offline channels. You aim to generate a potential client list or leads of several companies within DACH SMEs who have a B2B business model and are selling through online meetings or via phone.

Tasks

What to Expect from your first 6 months

After 1 month, you will:
  • Fully understand what value our solution provides to whom
  • Know all your peers and have your first conversations with potential prospects
  • Be a professional at using our CRM and all the other tools we use
After 3 months, you will:
  • Have ramped up your engine that produces qualified opportunities
  • Have a healthy pipeline and understand the potential of your very own region
  • Have begun to improve the current processes
Help new hires kick-starting their career at our startup

  • Be comfortable speaking to any level of seniority of any company
  • Know when and how to approach your prospect and enter new markets
  • Have built up a great pipeline & know your market & competition by heart
  • Help new hires kick start their career at our startup
Requirements

  • The ability to open doors & generate business in an underdeveloped market
  • The ability to independently and effectively prioritize potential opportunities
  • The courage and creativity to find new ways of generating business
  • Expertise in digital technologies
  • German native and English is a bonus
