Key Responsibilities/Deliverables
1. Team members will aim to provide high levels of customer service throughout every area of the soft play centre. Be able to confidently assist with any enquiries, complaints or emergencies that may arise.
2. Responsible for all operations of the cafe and reception including counters, seating, floor and viewing areas. Food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness should be maintained to the highest standards at all times.
3. Enforcing all Funky Monkeys safety rules, and able to ensure that all company policies are followed consistently for customers and as an employee. Assisting with trampoline inspections to ensure all pads, nets, springs and other safety items are working correctly and cleaning to the correct standard.
4. Coordinating, greeting and assisting customers entering and leaving the centre. Confidently explain all rules and maintain surveillance of all customers to ensure overall safety within the centre.
5. Organising and managing parties for both children and adults within specific time periods.
6. Cash and stock handling and any other duties as required by the line manager.
