Role Overview

We are looking for:

  • A Digital Product Manager - Commercial Analytics who will be responsible for Solvay's Sales Organization at the group and business unit levels.
  • Someone with experience in capability development for Sales Automation and a strong understanding of solutions and providers in the domain of Sales enablement capabilities.
  • A candidate with a master's degree in a relevant field, a solid affinity for Sales and Sales Processes in the B2B space, and experience in Digital Product management and Agile methodologies.

  • Developing a high-level product strategy and vision that aligns with the overall business strategy and identifies potential business value increases.
  • Defining the long-term business capability automation and digitalization roadmap for the product group, ensuring value delivery and continuous value management.
  • Orchestrating internal and external stakeholders to refine product vision, strategy, definitions, and roadmaps.
  • Analyzing performance reporting and defining key value indicators and performance metrics to improve product group value.
  • Operating governance processes to enable prioritization and decision-making impacting the business and technology budget.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in digital technologies and product development processes. Familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence, and pricing optimization tools is a plus. (SAAS solutions eg. Tableau, Qlik, Power Bi).
